About Khaleepha Consult (KC):
The KC was registered in 2008 in Ghana as a private organization to provide up-to-date services in the area of Conflict Management and Resolution.

Vision:
To become the first point of call in the practice of non-adversarial methods of resolving differences through the provision of services and/or practice, training, research and advocacy.

Mission :
To create the awareness of disputants and/or parties of non-adversarial dispute resolution mechanisms, provide services in dispute resolution, research and training.

Objectives:
To advocate the use of ADR in conflict management and resolution
To provide services in ADR practice
To act as facilitators in resolving disputes either through, mediation, arbitration, conciliation or whatever method may be applicable to the dispute
To conduct research in the ADR practice and analyse new trends of the practice; and
To build the capacities of individuals and groups through training to resolve their differences whenever they arise

Tools:
Consultancy services; serving as mediators, facilitators, arbitrators etc, etc
Dialogue and advocacy;
Capacity building through training and retraining of individuals and organizational/community leaders with the requisite skills for effective and efficient management and resolution of disputes.

The Team:
KC is directed by a board that provides strategic leadership and policy direction. The day-to-day affairs of the organisation is under the care and supervision of dynamic and energetic young persons who have a desire of having a positive impact on society on the basis of one person/group at a time.

Our Work:
Individually, we have enviable records of affecting lives through teamwork and innovative strategies to problem solving.
As a team, we have given ourselves, by fair standards, a most challenging task of depolarizing our environment, influencing society, transforming persons and groups through peaceful and humane methods of achieving results.
Our social project is in the area of advocacy for students and youth. Here, we provide policy direction, training in interest based problem solving and consensus building through dialogue and negotiation.
We provide services in Preventive Mediation, Professional Mediation, Community Mediation, Arbitration, Conciliation, Interest-Based Problem Solving, and Workplace Conflict Management. We also provide training and capacity building in these services.
We also undertake advocacy in promoting peaceful resolution of conflicts, especially in the area of prevention.
